Hey Coach,
hope everything is going well.
Do you have any thoughts on Ashwagandha? It seems like a good option for type 2b or 3 since it has been shown to possibly lower cortisol.
Thanks in advance, would be great if you find the time.

It is good indeed, especially if you can get the highest quality variant of the product called KSM-66 … this is not a brand is a patented extract of Ashwaganda with a much higher potency. It works by balancing adrenaline, dopamine and serotonin which decreases cortisol as a “side effect”
Thank you!
Odd that I relied on this to control anxiety in the 90s. Powder form then. Just ashwagandha, not ksm-66. Worked like magic. Ksm-66 not as effective for me-even at 1.3g. Can’t figure it out.
Hmmm… maybe because KSM is more pure, so you might be missing out some elements that made you feel great.
just wanted to know i have some adrenergic Receptor problem would Ashwagandha work as the Rihdiloa i have the KSM should i take it in the morning and how much is optimal i have 300Mg i think its enough
