What about Ulik or the Executioner? Or Hela and Mephisto? Or the Enchantress(although she has
been on both sides of the fence)? I always thought Thor had the coolest villians, but as a diehard Thor fanatic, Im biased.
And honestly, why would you need much more of a villian than Loki anyway?
My vote to play Thor is the guy from the 13th warrior, although the Hollywood types will probably want someone more recognizable.
If I’m not mistaken the rumor for the person who will play Thor is Tyler Mane, he played Sabretooth in the first X film, big guy, long blond hair decent build I could see it. So long as they don’ get some manorexic soyboy to play Thor I’ll be happy, he’s a god not a metrosexual
Would Thor always be Thor in the movie or would he switch back and forth with his human counterpart? ( I forget his name)
They could get any actor to play the human to do the real acting and then they could get any huge dude to play Thor or they could even CGI him. (CGI would suck)

Jouko is only a hair above 6’ according to his website, 185 cm, 125 kg which is about 275 to 280 range. He was actually one of the smaller WSM champions as far as physical size. You are thinking of Magnus Samuelson, 6’6" and 330 sounds about right.
