Hi everyone, I posted a few weeks ago with a PR in the squat and alongside posted my goals for the summer! Well, I hit them. I’m excited, this is weeks earlier than I had hoped!
So, now I have the strength base I worked for, I am going to try and gain some size, so I look like I lift Without further ado.

Height: 6’00
Weight: 192 (at 7:30 am, before breakfast)
Bench: 210
Squat: 315
Dead: 425 (with straps)
I started HSS-100 just before starting this log, and I love it. I am not use to only squatting once a week, but I will get use to it.
My schedule:
Monday: Quads
Tuesday: Back/Traps
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: Hamstrings
Friday: Chest/Shoulders
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: Biceps/Triceps
