Hi everyone, I posted a few weeks ago with a PR in the squat and alongside posted my goals for the summer! Well, I hit them. I’m excited, this is weeks earlier than I had hoped!
So, now I have the strength base I worked for, I am going to try and gain some size, so I look like I lift :wink: Without further ado.
age: 18
Height: 6’00
Weight: 192 (at 7:30 am, before breakfast)
Bench: 210
Squat: 315
Dead: 425 (with straps)

I started HSS-100 just before starting this log, and I love it. I am not use to only squatting once a week, but I will get use to it.

My schedule:

Monday: Quads

Tuesday: Back/Traps

Wednesday: OFF

Thursday: Hamstrings

Friday: Chest/Shoulders

Saturday: OFF

Sunday: Biceps/Triceps

Today is Friday, July second, day five of HSS-100, and day one of my log.

Update.
Food so far today:
Breakfast - Two cups musseli(sp)with two cups of whole milk, a cup of greek yogurt, half a cup of almonds. 8:30 am.
meal two - Rice, lettuce, and tomato salad with 8 oz of Salmon.

5x6 DB bench 55,65,70,75,80 a hand
supersets of pec flys and dips 3x8
3x12 press to fly with 30,40,50lb DB
100x1 bench press machine 50 lbs XD
shoulders
Superset Ahren press and lat raises
3x12 20,30,35 lbs
Scarecrows 3x12 15,20,25 lbs
100x1 OHP 10 lbs XD <— I hate this set. Feel like such a pussy.

Had a scoop of gatorade powder in a liter of water during,
liter of water with 35g of dextrose
3 boiled eggs and a tin of tuna afterward

Glass of whole milk and a bowl of Peanuts an hour later.

12oz salmon with Soba noodles covered in sesame oil and soy for dinner.
