Test dose looks ok
tren needs to be injected every day…im guessing you’re planning 600mgs total a week??
Im also guessing you meant 20mg a day of dbol ,not a week…I would bump it to 30mg
10 weeks of deca isnt long enough…I would suggest a front load and a minimum of 400mg a week for 12 weeks
use the winny as a bridge into pct while letting the deca clear.
shouldnt need nolva during cycle just use the AI.
hCG at 250iu 2x a week during cycle, not during pct
Nolva is 40mg a day week 1 and 2 of pct then 20mg a day weeks 3 and 4 by most standards.
Is english your second language? This post seems a bit askew to me so either you’re way of the mark or there’s a bit of a language barrier.
You couldn’t have gotten more things wrong in your cycle if you tried…just tur-rible.

your dosing is all fucked up
Why would you want to run prop, cyp and dbol in weeks 1-4. I think that is overkill. Just do cyp and dbol and you should be fine. And also why would you do tren, deca, and winstrol all in the same cycle also. Are you going for the i am going to do every compound cycle? My advise for a 3rd cycle would be to keep it more simple.
What about this instead:
Test cyp weeks 1-14 600mg’s EW
Deca: weeks 1-14 500mg’s EW
Dbol: weeks 1-4 40mg ED
Take the above advise on the PCT,HCG, and Adex
Then take 3 months off and run:
Test and tren and I will let you do much more research to figure out the dosages and frequency.
Just a question which by looking at this I am almost scared to ask, what did your first 2 cycles look like?
