Hello all,
I can first start by saying go ahead and bring on the trash talking, cause I know its bound to happen. Well I am new user and I guess you can say I’ve been lifting for 5 years. You see I am 20 years old at time when I first ever got serious into working out I was fat and the highest weight i’ve ever sitting at 205lbs. For the first year with keeping diet in check l brought my weight down to 155 from making that I decided to bulk back up again the second year I tried as hard as I could constantly hitting the gym and of course eating like no other. “I am an ectomorph” I ended the next year at 165 and constantly stood by that for 2 more years.
Then last year came up and i decided to hire a personal trainer, he taught me the starting strength routine and the 5x5 routine but when doing it also along with a little bit of crossfit “let the shit talking begin.” my strength gained quiet a bit but still no mass. It is now this year I am currently 181lbs and my strength is decent and I am still lanky as ever I guess I shall use the term “skinny fat” I know many of you will say diet diet diet and work out like no other, but i can promise you i’m doing it all. I also finally went to the doctor to get my test levels checked my doctor of course said they were normal for my age but looking at the numbers it showed that they were 74.6/246 now that really bothered me the doctor said I was fighting genetics and will not get any bigger.
Now I am asking all of you for your thoughts on even considering the juice, not even the serious stuff i was just thinking maybe “test e or c” for 10-12 weeks. I am tired of being lanky and skinny fat and its really starting to bug the crap out of me I just wanna put on more muscle and not get stupid looks from who see me put the weight i use on and get shocked because of my size. On top of that I work in supplement shop and people dont listen to me because of my size.

bench 240
squat 315
deadlift 325
How tall are you?
And it from what ive read, your T levels are low as fuck for a twenty year old. Of im wrong someone please correct me, but you should be around 750-000.
If auch is the case that im right, id find a new doctor and pursue trt

You still didn’t post the unit of measure or range for total testosterone. But looking at your free testosterone values i’m assuming your total t is low. Id find a good endo and get that taken care of.
Thats all the list showed me. I can show you the full thing I think it shows everything you need.
Also so dont even bother with test e or any of that type of stuff?
You have low testosterone. If you want to fix it, see a specialist. If you don’t care and want to possibly end up with even lower results after your cycle, then cycle away! Your choice. I don’t see why I even have to explain this.

I don’t understand what you mean by this. Test e in a TRT context might be what you end up needing/getting for treatment but it’s too early to say and a specialist should determine this.
He probably has no clue to what trt even is…
Oh no I do and I will consider this, like I said I just wanted to run it through ya’ll because Ive been keeping an eye on these forums for some time now.
Then you would know your t is in the shitter right?
What are you eating and do you take any meds from a pharm?
Yes I know my T is in the shitter and i’m eating chicken breasts with usually brussel sprouts, broccoli, or asparagus along with my protien shakes and my oat meal, eggs, and sausage in the mornings
How many calories do you eat per day? If you don’t know, you probably aren’t eating enough.
If you jump on gear now, you might make some temporary results, but, as was said before, your test will be even lower when you come off. If your test is low, I’d talk to a doctor before resorting to steroids.
Op do you eat any carbs with your meals? Rice? Pasta? Bread even?
I eat about 4000 calories a day i do eat carbs yes. I will go talk to my doctor , even if i did jump on gear it i think i wouldve done 250 mgs a week instead of 500mg
