Cooked celery.
I ordered Chinese last night, I live in the middle of NY, so the highest quality isn’t to be expected but this place is actually pretty damn good. Anywho, got Cashew Chicken. Solid amount of chicken, huge amount of cashews, some carrots, a few baby corns (ears of baby corn?) solid amount of sauce, everything is great… except the 19 celery stalks thrown in that are like 43% cooked. I’m sorry I abandoned you, beef and broccoli.

So did you want the celery fully cooked or raw? I am lost.
I want celery in dishes that are cooked exactly 0% of the time. Use it to make broth but I don’t want hot celery near me. Although fully cooked probably would’ve been preferable here.

I’m no scientist but I’m pretty sure that putting a candle next to a fake plant on top of a dresser where things get knocked off easily is a rather dangerous move.

I had a terrible day:
9 am - 1 pm - I was doing physics homework and I kept struggling with Microsoft Excel. It always manages to screw up graphs I’m trying to make. This stressed me out so much.
2 pm - 4 pm - Eat like a competitive eater in order to play catchup with meals.
5 pm - 6 pm - Attend some required student organization summit. It requires two people of my student org to be present, so there’s me obviously and another buddy. Buddy didn’t show up until after the event ended and after attendance was taken. I ended up lying during attendance
Now - Got back to my apartment and my roommate brought his gf over. If he doesn’t get his goddam gf out of here before 9 pm I’m gonna lose it.

Excel is the worst, especially for making graphs. Plus they’re ugly.

I absolutely can’t stand (or understand, for that matter) people that cheat in online video games. I’m trying to catch up with my buddies and unwind playing Warzone and I’m getting my taint separated by players that drop hundreds or thousands of dollars on cheat software/hardware. To make matters worse, a lot of the Warzone YouTube channels actively promote streamers that are known cheaters…

Python can make nice graphs … of course something love tableau or power bi do a much better job … but data viz is what they’re made for (so long as the data isn’t hyooge)

I’m re learning sas right now (new gig) and thinking of strengthening my python skills (same new gig)
I’m not sure how much programming you’ll be doing other than running stats so not sure if you’ll like python over r tbh
