Things That Make You Happy

In looking at the face again, I realize that it’s the Affleck family that makes me happy, although I guess fairer to say that Casey and Marky Mark make me happy.

This makes for such a funny mental video!

I love those SNL ‘Boston’ skits. They’re so spot on. If I hadn’t seen that video before and only heard the audio, I’d have guessed it was a good friend of mine that got caught up ruining an actual commercial.

Watched that movie on a flight a few months back and agreed, it was decent. Nothing amazing but I’ll watch literally anything with Marky Mark in it.

How dare you, sir. If that were an actual commercial, it might actually persuade me to actually buy Dunkin’s shitty ass coffee haha

Also, you a Masshole?

Me too. For one thing, I think he’s funny, and for another, much respect for being a white “rapper” lecturing people about the dangers of the wild side with your shirt off because you’re an underwear model!

The Afflecks did a great job with Gone Baby Gone. Not a super happy movie though.

The Wahlburgs make great hamburgers.

Mark and Eminem were the first rappers I got into. I’d grown up hearing OutKast, Tupac, Nas, etc. from my parents and aunt/uncles but those two were the first I really “looked into”. I find it amusing considering how vastly different they were.

As I’m thinking of Mark, I do remember that he’s friends with Tom Brady and Floyd Mayweather, neither of whom I like, which isn’t a big deal, but I also think he assaulted a man to the point of blinding him as a teen? So maybe he’s not perfect. Oh well.

Have you ever seen Daddy’s Home? This scene made me laugh pretty hard (especially the one hand chinups), and also made me want to be just like him (physically) as a dad.

Yeah his younger days were pretty terrible … I believe he’s from Dorchester/South Boston which was pretty violent where he was growing up from what I’ve heard … not an excuse for some if the shit he allegedly did but from what I understand he’s also pretty repentant if his old ways

That was a phenomenal fuckin movie. It was also disturbing as shit and depressing all the time, but it is what it is.

I was raised by them, but I grew up in NH.

I thoroughly enjoyed Pain and Gain. Mark took his physique up a notch for that one.

The boys in my dorm.

I was making hummus today and couldn’t get the can open, so I asked for a bit of help. Three of them came and tried. When nothing worked, one went up to his room and brought back his swiss army knife. I also didn’t have a stirring utensil, so another one randomly volunteered to run down to the cafe to get me chopsticks!

When I had trouble opening a jar, I got laughed at and called a pussy

Well, there’s certain perks to being a midget of a girl

It’s even better when the guys at the gym help me load/unload the bars

The boys in your dorm are pretty weak

It was a can without a can opener

Although, none of them lift

Oh. Imagined a jar.

I refuse to retract my statement.

Meh, I don’t judge since most of them could probably walk into the gym and lift more than me I’m not exactly putting up big numbers

Love me some white mountains
