I struggled, living without it in Texas. We took the dog out snowshoeing last night during the storm (we snowshoed a path, she used her regular feet) and we were three happy campers.

I’ve been freaking out about the rooms they’ve been offering for therapists who want to come out of the remote positions. Idk what it is with me and room decor, but I always turn those kinds of projects into a giant ordeal. In my head I’m worried that someone is just gonna be appalled by the room ambience.
I got a call from our care hospital/facility I work at, and the nice coordinator phoned me and was like “Mrs. Fletcher we’ve been trying to contact you”, and I had to be honest and was just like, “I know.”
At one point in time I was like, “No, I’m freaking out. I have no idea what mauve actually looks like.” Coordinator lady just giggled for a bit. I’m mostly part-time/on call anyways, but I just don’t have the energy to turn into an interior designer lol
When you have a professor that’s actually pulling for you and wants nothing but for you to succeed in life.

A Tequila & Soda and listening to music after my last workout of the week before going out to dinner with my wife. Still makes me happy, quality of tequila or scotch has gotten better over the years, but the concept still holds! Whether Florida, Kona or Wisconsin at Christmas, still the best time of the week.
Got to hang out with one of my best friends tonight. We don’t see each other much since he lives in IL and I am in Florida but getting some time together this Christmas break (our wives are best friends).
Went Axe throwing for the first time and really enjoyed it.

It was a blast. Took a little to get the technique down but once you do it’s like lifting technique - rinse and repeat with strict form.
After 1 hour I was beating my friend who had gone twice before.

Found out my library has rosetta stone licenses for use with library card.
After some tech trickery got it to work on my phone app.
Finally going to learn German this year.

My phone photo skills are getting better. Makes we want to get a real camera with a macro lens.
