Yes, while resolving disorders is possible through medication alone in some cases, meds alone are only going to solve problems in the short term in many more cases. Water finds its level, and if you don’t change the thoughts and/or behaviors causing trouble things will never really get better. On the other hand, talk therapy alone is also not a magic bullet.
