I’ve watched that 5 times and don’t get it at all
Look at all the squirrel hands her and the middle finger he flyes
That strap has GOT to be slicing into her neck! I would be afraid of decapitating myself. Or at least a neck strain.
Ill give her credit… she’s self confident.

Sometimes I wonder if I’m missing out on a certain level of freedom that comes with that kind of confidence. Then I wonder if I’m doing myself and the general public a favor by not having that level of confidence. 
In this case its might be a double edge sword
