Thib's Layer System

Ah, ok, missed that one. :slight_smile:

I love The Layer System.
It’s a good program, pure and simple.
Endless progression, adaptability, simplicity and technicality at a good mix.

I’m not sure if any of the negativity in this thread is legitimate, but if it is, it’s not coming from anyone who’s actually tried it out.

I need give a variation of this a try, the only reason it wouldn’t be the same is because I am in a gym that I can’t dead lift or high pull… and all squats are smith… But I think I can get started for when I do switch in about a month or two…

yep, i asked it sorry, this forum is all over the joint and im hoping one of you guys can help, what lifts do we do these for can it be squat bench dead and press or is there a template somewhere in this forum?

must of missed it, but seriously you can understand how this IS all over the place, CT brings out something and it gets bastardized and also while that happens something else new comes out and etc etc etc

Need help with the layer system. I’am working with the layer system and its great, but I have a question about when we ramp to 1 or 2 etc rm. Do we must do it with pins or when we ramp must be with out pins in any of the lifts?

Can i add a Second exercise additional to the Layer ?
For exampel when i do the Bench Layer + 1 or 2 exersices for the shoulders and triceps?
