I am running sust 500mcg week and deca 400mcg week and am eating enough protein, good ratio and cardio 4-5 times a week. I lift 5 times a week minimum. I have always got good results from good-quality thermogenics and pre-workout fat burners. I am three weeks in and seeing good results but wanna be careful because I am not naturally cut by any means.
It takes a lot of hard work, strict diet and discipline for me to be what most guys doing this are naturally as far as body fat. I am at 14-15% now. I know that is high but I had to stop working out/running for three months because of a combat injury.
Right, and that has been the advice I have gotten. I have leaned out a lot but haven’t gotten where I want yet. Its a little more difficult with a pregnant wife and 2 small kids eating “comfort food” all day while I am on rabbit food and lean chicken.
I will do what I have to I just know curbing my appetite and the extra energy(it a pre-workout as well) would be easier, but if you guys that know your shit say “NO” I will listen.
Thermos are fine to use. Most people will say to ease up on caffeine, but just like with everything else, as long as you don’t abuse it, you’ll be fine.
Probably a waste of money though. Just low-carb it & carb-cycle if your main goal is to lose fat. Adding thermos into my current cycle hasn’t had near the effect as cleaning up my diet had in the first three/four weeks.
