By chance, do you know how to brace and how to hinge at the hips? I find many lower back issues stem from inability with those two concepts.

Dude, you need to follow a better routine. That back “workout” looks terrible. 2 single arm movements, rear delt fly, and a pullover?

Like I said, I don’t know what I’m doing. I’m open to advice, but ripping the piss isn’t helpful to anyone. Single arm movements because the close and wide grip were nowhere to be seen.
