Haven’t posted here in a few months. a few shots from a couple weeks ago. I don’t normally post this pose, but I had some cool veins in my arms/lats, and my obliques were coming through, so this:
these pictures were actually just before weighing in for the strongman comp, so I was right about 175 here, relatively dried out/running on empty. I’ll follow up with some ‘full’ pictures. The difference is pretty substantial. I’m walking around at about 187 right now.
So what program are you doing now?
I had read that you had done a loose version of 531. Do you like that program? I did 531 for a few cycles as well, but was not too sure if it was for me.

I’ve been a little bit all over the place, but I’ve logged nearly every session over the last few months. Check out my training log. I’m still centering my workouts around the press, squat, deadlift, and bench press, and generally following rep schemes that allow me to work up to a heavy weight, followed by higher volume at lower weights.
