It’s been a week. First few days I felt bad… i only tell that some of my side effects are going away. I’ll tell you more in a few weeks.
People who switch to the scrotul cream love it and won’t go back to injections mainly because they don’t worry about e2 and can keep higher levels. There’s many benefits to it. Main being the mode of application skips the processing through the liver or whatever. Your also giving the body T not an ester combined with t. Check out the lifting dermatologist on YouTube he has acid about this.
I’ve also come across some of the benefits of scrotal cream while perusing articles on TRT. A couple times I’ve seen it mentioned that transdermal Testosterone preparations don’t negatively affect Lipid profiles the way that injections are thought to do.

An old post on Excel Male discussion forums had a “new member” listed on their forums arguing with a “senior member” who was a respected Alpha personality of their community. The “senior member” argued that injections were “superior” to trans-Scrotal creams and he was backed up by many other members in his argument against the “new member”.
The best part is when Nelson Vergel “forum moderator” stepped in and stated to the “senior member” that he wanted to hear what the “new member” Dr Keith Nichols had to say! It promptly shut the guys up on the discussion arguing with Dr Nichols. Dr Nichols then extrapolated the benefits of trans-scrotal cream over injections.
I’ll have to see if I can find the argument on Excel Male and post a link to it. It was pretty hilarious watching a bunch of senior Excel Male members argue with a established doctor while not knowing that he was who he was.

.The internet has allowed a normal guy like You and I to sound educated on any subject. I have legit been trying to keep my suggestions open ended (I hope). Everything could change in a year and I’ll be eating my words.
I found a post on that forum about the cream but can’t remmeber that specific argument. Share it away I’d love to read it.

Alright, I have an update…finally.
I picked up my package from Royal at UPS. Everything was included that was promised…and a little extra for some reason.
Item’s received:
-1 pharmacy compounded 200mg Testosterone Cypionate/10mg DHEA/ml 10ml vial
-2 5ml vials of hCG/Theanine powder
-1 prescription bottle of 9 1mg Anastrozole tablets
-1 10ml vial of Bacteriostatic mixing water
-2 10ml mixing syringes
-1 20 pack of 1" 18gauge drawing syringes
-1 20 pack of 1" 25gauge injecting syringes
-1 40 pack 1/4" 30gauge insulin syringes
-1 100mg tablet of Viagra LOL
Anyways I’m running 70mgs of Testosterone twice a week and 500iu’s of hCG every other day for now. I’m wondering how long till my peanuts become walnuts again with the hCG. I’ve only done 3 injections of hCG so far and I’m sure this isn’t an overnight process, my guys do seem a little firmer though.
The good news is that in general, I’ve been feeling better overall in the last week. Side affects seem to have subsided.
I will start a thread to see if some members will share some experience on the following and other anecdotal evidence. The new pharmacy uses Grapeseed oil instead of cottonseed oil for test suspension. What’s strange about this is that since using Grapeseed oil, my BP hasn’t been skyrocketing within 48 hours after injection.
Another curiosity is that every injection of 200mgs Testosterone is compounded with 10mgs of DHEA. I considered trying DHEA as an adjunct supplement but therapeutic levels seem to start at 50mgs daily.
I know oral bioavailability of DHEA is highly likely to be lower than an IM bioavailability but the quantity at 10mgs DHEA/200mgs Testosterone prescribed as a weekly dosage seems laughable.
Also, my hCG is compounded with pharmaceutical Theanine. What’s that all about?
Anyone see any harm in this? I’m confounded personally

Never heard of the mixing but I’m sure they find benefit. Just ask them why.
Some folks are allergic to the esters used. So that’s good u are not.
Just wondering if you are still using Royal Medical Center, and how your experience has been? I am thinking about going with them as I have high deductible insurance and a doctor that does not want to prescribe.
Scrotum cream increased my anxiety and my girlfriend got transfered, she was extremely horny all the time

I am currently using Royal Medical Center and I have never had any issues. Overall the price is very competitive for what you get compared to other clinics I have used in the past. They are very flexible when it comes to protocols as well. If you have any question you want to ask me directly please let me know.
