nice deads! I just hit 2xBW and then my BW jumped by 10lbs…
LOL…I hope that doesn’t happen to me. The last time I hit 2xBW was at my last meet for a PR at 407. I’m stoked to get back into the 4’s and stay at 187.

Finished up last nights workout in the dark, so we’ll begin this mornings workout at dawn.
1 mile sled drag at the athletic fields. Most of the Fall debris is gone now, lots of resistance makes for a tougher drag.
3 farm fresh eggs with sausage and whole grain toast, and a giant glass of milk. Mmmmmmm
Cold, windy and sleeting
Tire Sled for a mile to start
Before I’ve caught my wind.
80lb stone
2x150 steps
Bent over rows
3x5x205
Cinderblock Farmers
2x100 steps
Plate Raises
2x15
40lb DB Lunges
2x8
Way to go on the 2x bodyweight DL. I’m gunning for that. One of these days.
Wish I lived next to you that strongman training just seems like so much fun!

We’d have to get you some much bigger stones.
Morning folks! 31 degrees, cloudy with flurries this morning
1 mile tire drag
Tire flipping
11 sets of 9 flips+1 to make an even 100 flips
3x100 steps Cinder Block Farmers
I need to find some of your willpower. I was going to get up early and do some carries outside but just rolled over and went back to sleep. Gotta just do it.

Welllll…thanks E, but I lost most of my willpower this week. Work Sucks! Anyway, I tried to make up for it a bit this morning before the family drags me out to go shopping.
About 1.5 mile tire drag
Several inches of snow on the ground and the salt trucks have reduce the friction of the tire on the pavement so instead of going back for more weight I pulled that sucker till I couldn’t pull it anymore.

I found out the hard way Saturday that raking leaves is not a shoulder friendly exercise. Neighbor lady was outside blowing leaves with a leaf blower the size of a hair dryer so my daughter and I did our good deed and finished it for her.
So, after a couple days to recoup…
Tire sled- 1 mile drag
Cinderblock farmers- 5x100steps
I’m impressed, that looks like a solid workout, other than not letting the leaves blow as they will.
Wish you well with your shoulder.
