Is T-Dog a ninja??? I mean It must be hard being the only black dude in a small town and go unnoticed. But T-dog is the only Black dude on a farm of what 10-11 people and he still stays in the shadows in daylight hours. That guy might outlast them all.
Really now that T-Dogs only REAL Friend is dead. How will he get the latest gossip. I guess he will have to step up now and start…dare I say…Talk…gasp.
LOL He’s the most token of token blacks there ever was. His character was apparently written in for the sole purpose of showing that Merle was a racist IN THE FIRST EPISODE. Now that Merle has been dead for 20+ episodes T-Dog is less relevant to the story than the cow that got gutted.
AND that is the comedy of this shit. I’m hoping this guys is not Tyreese of the Comics. Because that guy was cool. A ex football player as wise as rick and as tough as Shane…not as wiley as the Bionic Redneck though. But still a fucking good Character.
T-dog well I can’t say he sucks but he sucks to watch…well NOT WATCH. He is just never around.
FWIW I’ve heard in a few interviews that T-Dog is not a replacement for Tyreese
Cool, then it’s cool for him to die by falling into the well.

I hate to call PC Bullshit, but I think the writers wound up going one direction in the PC world and thanks to some weird Gordian Knot of plot/character development ended up being super racist/sexist.
The bad guy was Merle, an 88, the only “type” that the audiance is allowed to reflexively hate and I agree T-Dawg seemed to only serve the value of letting him be racist and letting Daryl be “less racist”.
They go more cliche “Token Black” than South Park with T-dawg and in the teaser for next week his dialog is “Ah, hell nah!” This guy is a Tyler Perry skit in a Red Shirt. He gets no dialog other than being shown as somewhat helpless and his job last episode was “gun-bearer”. If I sat down and tried to be racist, I couldn’t screw his character up worse.
Adding to the ridiculous color scheme of the show, they took out Tyrese who was a legit character and added T-dawg. Also, where were the black zombies? Its Atlanta. I would expect at least a quarter fo the survivors to be black. WTF? Another group shows up and its Fatty and Phily. They are importing stereotypes to keep it pale.
We have already discussed the “no women can be written as stable/valuable” thing. If it was an action movie, fine. I would get it, but the source material was not this ham fisted. I don’t understand if it is Kirkman deciding to be “different” than his comics, the producer(s), or the writers, or influence from demographic/feedback but I really don’t get it. I still enjoy watching, but I am legitimately puzzled as to who in the show thinks this is a good idea.

LMAO “Tyler Perry”
This is the best Argument for the mistakes in the show. Much more so than the " we need more zombies" cries.
The fucked up way they let Dale die (even though he is a pale copy of his comic character) was proof the writers could give a fuck about the source material. They let this guy die like you would put a sick dog to sleep in the old west. Fuck a spoiler the book version went out showing that he may be old but he can still spit at death when he knows his cards are up “what’s so funny old man” Dale "enjoy my leg fuckers it’s infected then he laughs!
I do enjoy the show but they need to move this off the farm because it’s making the writers bored and they seem to want to try and re- write stuff that is Already Gold.
