Beyond real estate corruption? He won’t win and it won’t be close. [/quote]

Every generation is called the worst generation. Everyone always complains about how todays youth is so much worse then before.

I have heard a quote from ~ 1900 that could have been from today, and they have found ancient writing (over 2000 years old) complaining about teenagers.

My generation was supposed to be the first generation to make less then their parents. Yours is supposed to be the first to die younger then your parents. (Maybe they knew Obama would bring universal health care.)

The biggest failure for the youngest generation is the failure of previous generations to properly educate them. Instead the education system seems to be designed to indoctrinate the young, to have politics injected into the education system, and to make good little “workers” instead of people capable of independent thought.

Then we have lazy parents who either don’t pay attention to what is going on at their school, what the kids are being taught, or parents who are so obsessed with grades they don’t realize the knowledge is more important then that letter. (Or have they all gone to the check plus, check minus system by now?)

Sorry for the rant.

The Mage…!

I don’t think that I’ve ever seen that sense of humor come through!

(Oh, yeah!!!)

I agree with The Mage…

The Election is just too far out. And laugh as you may at some of the recent Republican/McCain Ads; they are chipping away, slowly buy surely, at the Obama facade.

I also think that there are two important things to point out:

  1. McCain was all but written off as the nominee at the beginning (and almost half-way through) the Primaries…and look where he is now. This guy is no lightweight.

  2. I hate to sound like “Chicken Little”, but its true… the “GOP Machine” hasn’t even begun its full-out assault on Obama…and as many have pointed out, Obama has been found to have a “Glass Chin”.

Really? I must be slipping. Most of the people in the real world, (you know, where I keep my stuff,) want to have me committed.
