still looking that great 1 month post O.

Comparing him to Victor’s vid on that site I just can’t wait for next season! lol

Unless Kai Greene comes in and just destroys everything, it’s either going to be Heath or Martinez.

That is truly incredible. Anyone who claims these guys aren’t getting better has their head up their ass.
Victor, Kai, Heath, Wolf, Freeman, lol MR O DEX, and the list goes on.

I’m really excited to see that there is actual competition now…don’t get me wrong I loved watching some of the Ronnie Reign but it sometimes became boring because there was no excitement in competition.

Now any one of those guys slips and somebody takes their place.

I agree I think I heard through the grapevine that Kai is over 300lbs and somewhat lean right now. Judging by his last guest appearance I’d say it might be true. With Heath I think it is just a matter of time. If there is going to be another ‘Reign’ it will be Heath imo.

Wolf kind of stalled out because he didn’t seem to make much improvements but Dex didn’t for years and he still had great showings. Freeman is like a fine wine. lol

Then don’t even get me started on some of the new blood out there that may not be O material but still exciting to watch nonetheless.

Shoot then even the 202 and under with Richard Jones comeback, English, Henry, Lewis…thats an exciting class to watch in it’s own. lol

My favorite thing about bodybuilding now is that the physiques are getting better and better. MASS is still a role but DUH big muscles are a part of bodybuilding…but now AESTHETIC MASS is where it’s at and I’m enjoying it. If Flex, Ray, Levrone were in this era OMG they’d be in the mix but I think they’d just clean up…lol

would really like to start competing and will when ive put on more muscle and balance out any lagging bodyparts.

to the other bodybuilders…is there any good articles or material to help with posing?..the videos help but would like to learn the finer details of posing.

I’d recommend getting a coach to help with the posing.

Maybe you’re one of those people that can learn from video’s, etc, but having someone there to correct and critique you leading up to that first contest is paramount IMO.

If you’re going to compete, you want to win, no? Why not do everything you can?
agreed.

I believe you can youtube it or find it at bodybuilding.com but there is a vid of Bob Chicharillo that teaches you all the mandatories.

As far as vids go it doesn’t get any better than that.

Let me know if you struggle to find it because I think I saved it to a flash drive somewhere.

Don’t forget Branch Warren! I like Phil and Victor in the top 2 for next years O. If everyone stays healthy, next year will be one of the most exciting Olympias in a while. I would hate to be a judge for that competition.

All that non-functional mass… looks so bad ass.

I belong in this thread. I was 220lbs and a fatass. I lost down to 165lbs and 10 months ago decided to make the change to bodybuilding. Since then I got rid of the TBT and went to a split I have put on 40lbs. I am 33 5’8" 205lbs now and plan on being huge in due time.
I dont plan on competing but I am serious as hell. Good to know who is serious about this shit.

I will never belong in this thread, because at my height, i’d have to weigh about 400 lbs. to look proportionately similar to all you short fucks. J/K, I do enjoy it though.

Its about living the lifestyle as well as having the look. The look can take years to achieve, and you have to live the lifestyle that whole time. I’m sure you are welcome in if you put in the time and eat right.

202 class this year will be WELL worth the watch.

Lee Priest is back in the game and Dave Henry will be some posedown

I feel kinda sorry for Dave… Priest flat out beats him as far as genetics go (biceps especially).

Anyway, 202 will indeed be great.

one thing I do think is that Henry can beat priest on conditioning. Well genetically speaking Henry has showed up with more striations everywhere than priest does.

Not saying that both men don’t have superb conditioning…but I’d give the nod to Henry.

I personally think that if Richard Jones brings his A game he will beat both of them.

There is a new layout with him and Lee Priest in the new MD this month. Dave is actually holding his own. He still comes up short though if it comes down to arms.

I have engineered my day to day life as much as I responsibly can toward the end of becoming as large as possible before I die. My food is meticulously prepared and eaten on a schedule to maximize results and I work my ass off in the gym. I’ve gained a solid 35 pounds in what will be 3 years back training again in a few months which for a guy north of 40 is not too bad.

I would consider that bodybuildING though I don’t think I would tell somebody I was a bodybuildER. That may seem contradictory, but that’s the way I view my own situation. I’m not big enough to credibly call myself a bodybuilder though my neighbors, with their outsider standards tell me I’m one because they’ve seen the dramatic changes which are much more impressive to them than they are to me.
