It looks like we are kinda moving towards BG suggestion of a leader board for the basic movements.
Sounds like a few people are up for it…
I think we should also keep with some creative and different challenges as well to shake things up and take people out of their comfort zone.

yeah miss woulda been better than fail I guess. I bailed on it early cause I tweaked something in my low back during squats (erectors I think?)

Not sure they are “challenges” but moreso agreed lifts/feats to “make the board”. The first dozen or so should be easy:
- Bwt bench press for reps
- Dip bar dips for reps
- Ring Dips for reps
- Pull ups for reps
- Chin ups for reps
- 1.5 x bwt. Deadlift for reps
- 1.5 x bwt. trap bar deadlift for reps
- 1.5 bwt squat for reps
- push ups for reps
- ring push ups for reps
- box jump for height
- standing broad jump
Top 3 results and you’re “on the board”.

It would be cool if we could make a spread sheet type of deal for this but I think the only way it will really work is if the OP edits/updates to first post to make it “THE LEADER BOARD”
and whenever someone posts a video of their new submission for the leader board then the OP edits it to add the new “Top 3” lifter. Something like that.
EDIT: I submit lifts 13-15 for consideration.
