The T-Nation Challenge(s)

When I saw this thread, I started thinking of challenges along the lines of “cut down the mightiest tree in the forest with a herring.”

Your ideas are better.

Fastest 30 Clean n Press at a certain weight.
Max rep pullups.
A circuit of pullups, squats, etc done for time.

You guys realize this sounds quite a bit like a certain workout protocol not entirely appreciated round these parts???

I’m happy with the input that everyone is putting in actually, sounds like the clean and press should be the first challenge, start strong and dominate!

Its already scaring people and would be a good opener.

Other challenges can focus on strength as well, as u said %bw bench and sqaut/deadlift etc.

Just so you know, the fastest I’ve seen that workout done with #135 is a little over 90 seconds…
