Ive lifted with Lil Cease a few times and see him almost every day im at the gym. He’s about 5’5 but he’s bigger than all of the people mentioned so far (yes pound for pound). He stays really lean all the time which helps his cause. Great guy btw

I believe it. When he first popped on the scene, he was just short and pudgy…but he quickly started getting into lifting, I guess.
As short as he is, it wouldn’t take much more to fill out his physique more than anyone listed…and I am sure the pic above is a very old pic as far as progress.

OMFG! I can’t believe I forgot about him. I watched a ton of his vids and dude is jacked.
He’s much bigger now. That vid has got to be over 2 years old based on the all the changes to the gym layout.

I just checked out a video of him on Youtube and he looking pretty lean but solid.
I thought it was pretty cool. Lyrically speaking its no masterpiece but it beats hearing about bling bling and hoes (nothing wrong with Hoes by the way). I’d put it on my mp3 to workout with.
