That dude isn’t big enough to be calling himself the “swollest rapper”. You don’t go around claiming you are “bigger than 50 cent” when by “bigger” you mean 5lbs and 50 lost a ton of weight recently for a movie gig.

Saigon from Entourage?
Entourage helped his career a lot, yea him. He is a rapper from NYC I think
Are you guys sure this isn’t meant to be ironic? He couldn’t possibly be that arrogant and lacking in self awareness. I hope. He is jacked though.

You serious? We have tons of people right here worse than that. Most of these guys on this site think they are fucking huge at 180lbs simply because they are bigger than the other skinny fuckers at their school.
This doesn’t surprise me at all. I just think it is retarded to call yourself the swollest rapper when you clearly aren’t that damn swole. I could see if he was pushing 250lbs and looked damn near competition ready…but he is nowhere close.
I saw one of this guy’s vids before though and his attitude makes me think no one near where he lives is bigger than him.

YES!!
Can I now claim to be stronger than every rap artist on the planet?
Coleman should do a rap album. With his voice, it would be awesome.
Featuring tracks such as “ain’t not’n but a p’nut”, “Every body wanna be a bodybuilder”, and it’s follow up “But don’t no body wanna lift no heavy ass weight”
Am I th only one who thought this was funny? I would totally buy this.
I’d buy it…probably 5 copies

Dude, I just finished the rest of the vid and the guy’s pretty big. Is he 250 and near competition ready? No, but is any other rapper? Or music entertainer? I don’t know if he’s the biggest but the guy definitely has some size on him while being pretty lean. Also, he looks EXACTLY like Sir-Mix-Alot in the face.
mele mel people, sigh…

of course Grandmaster Flash is still skinny
“I didnt have to take steroids or protein shakes to get swole”
That video was hilarious… Dude does have some pretty good upperbody size… Jeans and a camo shirt for bench??? Heeeeeeeeell yeah!
anybody else notice how uneven his bench grip was?

That’s what I’m sayin! Old School hip hop right there! Dude is in his 50’s and still jacked!!
Check out this workout vid at the end of it he takes off his shirt and starts to flex a bit!
Forgot to add that my favorite part is when he’s walking through a house eating a bag of potato chips he looks away and nods, like he was acknowledging someone he doesn’t know, even though he’s clearly in a home. Good catch on the uneven bench grip.
Mel E Mel has been in MD mag. The guy is way swoller than the dude in the OP. he also attends bodybuilding shows.

HE is the one claiming he is the “swollest”…when he isn’t. yes, if a rapper is ging to claim he is the biggest most muscular rapper around, he had better be more fucking impressive than this.
Sorry if that hurts.

Haha. That’s exactly what I was thinking. Sometimes PX gets wrapped up in his T-Nation persona.

I’m gonna be forced to use certain lines [like ^^^ that] from this song at every available opportunity.
