I am just about done with my bottle of HOT-ROX and will start taking Red Bands soon - My Question - Do you think I should ease into Reds Bands or do you think since I have been taking HOT-ROX it would be ok for me to just jump in and take 8 pills a day of Red Bands? Thanks guys & gals.

I started taking Red Bands Saturday with one cap twice a day. My second dosage Sunday was 1 cap in the morning 2 caps at night. Today I took 2 caps in the morning and 3 caps in the afternoon. There have been no noticeable side effects at all. Just my experience, yours could be different. TC said he would definitely start with one cap twice a day on the product info thread. Hope this helps.
