Just listened to some of Ford’s opening statement. Can’t remember whose house or how she got there, but can remember drinking one beer. Seems legit.
Every pundit last night…including Conservative ones…kept saying that Ford came off as “credible” and/or plausible…
This is what I feel after carefully thinking about all this.
Ford came off as an injured bird; with a screwed-up life; that Kavanaugh was in fact a part of. He probably did what she said he did as a dumb-assed, horny Teen…and forever became part of some deeper seated issues with this woman. (What was her counselling all about anyway, where Kavanaugh came up?)
Do I think he is still qualified for The Court? While the “Left-Wing Conspiracy” stuff made me say “DAMN!!!”…yes…I feel that he is still qualified.
Let’s hope Graham put enough Fear of God in enough Senators to make it happen.
I think the real question is, why the hell are they even looking at/talking about dude’s high school year book… Seriously, what a waste of time. He’s only been a professional since the early 90s and on the circuit court for 12 years, but lets talk about shit in his year book from when he was 17/18.
