I think unless I read the article incorrectly, that this is part of the union agreement.

So this is where it might get hairy. Unions are supposed to be advocating and bargaining for their union members. If part of a union that is actively purveying racist rules, IDK how one would even fight against it TBH.
It would be like suing your own lawyer, except that you can’t fire your lawyer while also suing them.

I don’t think a union contract can get around civil liberties. Could be wrong, but I am guessing the contract will be challenged, and found to be illegal.

And all other potential causes like build quality, planned obsolescence, defect, etc. have been ruled out?
It’s happened on 3 of cars now with different battery types.
Guy at the auto store said 3 years is lucky with a battery in Florida.

Planned obsolescence is a bitch. Get you an Interstate battery if you want to ‘win’ against this system - they used to do like 6 year warrantees, not sure if they still do now though (I think it’s on specific brands/models of their batteries).
Worked well when my 12-Valve Cummins got grumpy because it was “cold” out (like SoCal cold lol).
I do believe heat plays a significant role in battery lifespan though… don’t have sources to back this up because things that spark aren’t my forte, but it sounds real enough to me.

I think replacement batteries are usually not nearly as good as the original one. Once you replace the original, it seems like every 3 years or so you replace again.
The reported reason the Leaf loses so much range compared to other EVs is that it doesn’t have a battery cooling system. In hot climates, the Leaf just loses so much range in just a couple of years.

I use Optima batteries.
They need to stop playing gotcha game politics and for gods sake, quit sharing photos like that where important people can see them and be willing to admit to.

“Likely Decreased” - yeah - that conclusion is based on statistics and could not all be purely opinion…
Can “Science” stop guessing when it comes to children’s mental health? That would be great.

As a man who works deeply with data, stats, numbers and people … this is true … even smart people have a tough time with this shit … logic in general isn’t really a strong suit for a lot of people

I believe it when gays and lesbians say that many kids who are probably just gay are being pushed to believe they are transgender.
