My bad, I misread that. Weird stipulation that they basically gave him a high bail, but he didnāt have to front the moneyā¦ But it should do what bail is meant to do- make him show up in court. Bail is NOT meant as a tool to take someone off the street. Using bail in that way is a violation of constitutional rights.
Also, is he really a flight risk, or will he gladly take the couple month sentence, and wear it as a street badge of honor? Likely for a pretty limited period of time.

I mean to be fair, most buildings within a certain distance of the border are under watch for drug smuggling (via tunnels, El Chapo style). By extension, human trafficking kinda goes hand-in-hand with the drug business in Mexico.
Would have enjoyed the story more if it werenāt so damn politically jaded, but I donāt think either side of the aisleās crazies deserve protection from the media. I just wish stories like these didnāt paint the whole party as people who clearly donāt represent the majority. And yes, that sentiment goes for both lefties and righties.
To be fair Qanon is a bunch of complete fucking nut jobs. This whole episode is the result of one criminal moron posting a doctored picture. Itās a fucking butterfly sanctuary. Iāve taken 4th-grade classes on field trips there. I voted for Trump twice because I like his policies (although I now understand that he only ever cared about himself), but this stuff is pure craziness.
