Who cares what the article states?How about context? The book is set in the 30’s how else should it have been written? Is it not important to teach about the past? The book is Anti-racist.

I read the article, and yet their reasoning is still shit. The whole purpose of the book is to shed light on racist institutions and how to stand up to them/do it better… so why the fuck would someone decide that the weight of individual words hurts more than the message helps? Its outright stupid.
