Portland mayor bans cops from using tear gas during protests

The mayor of Portland has ordered police in Oregon’s largest city to stop using tear gas for crowd control during often violent protests that have racked the city for months

In clashes with police, some protesters have broken windows, set fires, punctured police car tires, shined lasers in officers’ eyes, and pelted them with rocks, frozen water bottles and Molotov cocktails.

Since you have demonstrated repeatably over the past three months your incompetence, lack of leadership and total disregard for the citizens of your city, why not pass a city ordnance making extreme violence, rioting , destruction of property and looting legal?

Why create more ways to hamstring the safety of your officers? Damn, you are one piece of shit.

The man just had to move out of his apartment after rioters attempted to burn it, and everyone inside, down…

I am at a complete loss. He has to be mentally ill. Right? Some kind of old head trauma?

And who wouldn’t allow him to be extradited? It seems some countries have a sweet spot for rapists, provided they are artists.

How much money is this costing the city? Every cop should claim an injury and go on workman’s comp.

Don’t worry, the whole Deep State child molesting system is about to come down thanks to Q and his/her/their followers. Meanwhile, Q retar…I mean followers are inundating the 911 system with questions about Antifa members being arrested for causing the wildfires in Oregon.

https://abc17news.com/money/2020/09/11/911-dispatchers-slammed-with-calls-about-qanon-backed-false-claims-about-wildfires/

They are calling 911 to ask questions… This is a new service that 911 is offering folks. It’s like an information service now, not just for emergencies!

What percentage of the American public would be described as dumb, dull, moronic, stupid or border line cognitively disabled/intellectually challenged? In all honesty, I’m thinking a good 20-25%.

The optimist in me wants to disagree with you but you’re probably not far off with that estimate. That’s depressing.

As for the Qanon lemmings, holy shit are they a bunch of morons. If you support that theory, or worse, support a candidate for office who supports that theory, you’re a moron. You may even be an imbecile or an idiot, but you’re at best a moron.

Those are rookie numbers son … you gotta pump those numbers up by at least 10 - 15%

It’s retarded, but worth a read to try to parse and understand wokese.

How are these demands not “reverse” racism?
Shouldn’t the best candidate for the position already be hired solely on his/her ability to perform the job (in this case bring in research money to the school and publish academic works)?
If policies are anything other than this they are discriminatory, plain and simple.

“…the university must also address the underrepresentation of Asian American faculty (especially women and ethnicities such as Filipino, Arab, Iranian, Middle Eastern, Southeast Asian, and Pacific Islander) in the humanities and social sciences.”

Dude, they don’t WANT to do that. They want to become scientists and engineers lol. Don’t go against the market.

Meritocracy is bad. Haven’t you read the new woke rulebook?

Probably my favorite part is the bold text below. Outing race traitors who dared to engage in miscegenation.

LT8. Abolish colorblind recruitment policies and practices in partner/spousal hiring and replace them with intentionally anti-racist policies and practices. In particular: a) offer partner/spousal hires to all BIPOC faculty, including assistant professors; b) create a centralized funding pool for partner/spousal hires instead of taking lines from departments; c) make data on racial demographics of partner/spousal hires publicly available; d) provide housing assistance to faculty as is done at Cornell’s peer-institutions.

Provide housing assistance? They mean pay? Last I checked most professors still make more than I do.

Yes. It’s about other people’s money. Always was.

which boils down to power over others
