I’m planning to follow the “Size Pyramid: Break all the training rules” program for the next 12 weeks. Do you have any feedback/results from people that used it?
Thanks!

It’s from a few years ago and probably wasn’t super-popular, so I’m not sure if you’ll find many people who did it. But it’s a chest/back, legs, arms split, which is pretty standard and easy to get in some frequency. And it uses a bunch of volume, so it’s going to be just a lot of work to get through
High frequency-high volume training is brutal, so overall recovery, daily nutrition, and workout nutrition are going to be key to getting through it.
You won’t be able to quantify progress as a beginner if all the exercises keep changing every week. Simply following a program just because it gets published on the internet doesn’t guarantee success.
I’m not a fan of the layout, the split or the exercise selection but if it excites you and you commit to finishing the 12 weeks of it then you should absolutely do it. If there’s a chance you’ll bail, better to find something else.
The conjugate method has proven you can progress by changing exercises but don’t expect to come out the other end with an elite physique
