The Single Most Effective Training Template

Hey Coach!

I have used 2 of your programs ( Hp Mass and Bulgarian Method) and they worked like a charm, so first of all, thank you!

Now, for the new template I was thinking if it can be used as a rotating split:

  1. 1 on / 1 off
  2. 2 on / 1 off

I understand that in the first option recovery and workout effectiveness is the focus, and in the second frequency is the focus…So both have merit

My questions are:

  1. Could it work like that?
  2. If you used one, which would you use, and for what purpose?

Why? I mean I took the time to explain what is the perfect split. If I believed that 1 on / 1` off or 2 on / 1 off were best these are the splits I would have presented
