I tried to find a link to it for you, but I’m at work, and our system denies access to a bunch of websites for no apparent reason.
In any case, if you Google “The Shield promosode”, you should be able to access it from there. It appears a number of sites still have the video.
If that fails, it is also contained in the DVD box set for Season 5. It’s just a little 15 minute episode, but when you watch it, you’ll see what I mean about Lem. Loyal to a fault.
