very strong for an albino… much less a charming one.
i agree with the reps. unless you are looking to put on size, i would keep the reps low. i’ve found that i recover pretty quickly from my squat and deadlift days because my reps are low. i’ve actually shyed away from multiple sets such as 5x5 and 3x3 as well. i’ve been working up to one or two heavy sets and calling it a day.

They are putting some meat across my upper back, but I can get the same effect from lighter weights lifted faster more often, which is easier to recover from. But as the weights get heavier it’s getting more taxing to lift them multiple times like this. I feel yesterday’s deads more than I have in a while. I’m going to rep 450 as much as I can next wave (I suspect it won’t be all that much) and next cycle stick pretty much to the prescribed numbers.
this sounds like a good idea. I was thinking of only going for serious maxes 1 or 2 times per month per lift, and sticking to prescribed reps otherwise. My deadlift sucks - maybe i should do it every day?

Good to think about. I may do this in another cycle or two.
My heart goes out to the moderators: they have to read and approve every inane post that goes on the site, mine included. The sheer amount of mindless drivel their eyes have to see and which their brains have to process staggers my imagination. Without them this place would be a Neanderthalistic free-for-all porn site liberally seasoned with spam.
YouTube has what they call an Insight utility. It lets you obtain a breakdown of the viewer population looking at your videos by gender, geography and age, based on what the viewers entered on their profile/account pages.
It appears that Charming Albino displays his suavity for the 65 and over female population of North America and Canada - who are nearly half of the viewers of his videos - every other day.

You wouldn’t be referring to anyone in particular, would you?

I was actually referring to some of the other forums, but now that you have my attention…
At the risk of tearing you away from your youtube geriatric female fan club . . . I thought I remember you talking about an imbalance in your spinal erectors. If so, you may wish to check this out: http://www.charlespoliquin.com/...tagy-part-4.php
Indeed - “404 Not Found” will rebalance the back. If it has to do with Polish Good Mornings I did see that link in one of the Strength Sports threads last night. Thanks for thinking of me, mrodock. I was gonna ise use those for sure.

Stupid link. I was indeed referring to Polish Good Mornings! Best of luck with them. I’m curious what kind of weight you’ll use with them as you have a strong back.

I’m going to have to feel it out. I’ve got a dead spot in my right hip and a hitch in the right adductor where it attaches to the pelvis, so if I go too heavy too fast I could end up kissing the floor
