The Road to a New Charly

Hi there guys, just a noob here trying to accomplish something .

Well like 4 years ago I was reaaaaally fat, I mean I was like 280-290 pounds and almost a 60" waist :/.

With hard work but minimal knowledge I was able to get down to 200 pounds like in a year. In all these years I made so many excuses but thank god I kept ALMOST all of the weigh off.

This past Monday I was sitting at 220 pounds (high body fat %) and a big waist( too ashamed to tell)’ well a 44 " waist, well there no use crying over spilled milk, so I guess I’ll just resume this journey.

My goal is to get down to a lean 180 pounds me, and the good news is that as I’m fairly weak ,I won’t lose much strength ( I hope, that’s what training is for), so I will reaaaallly appreciate some input,comments, critics or whatever that could help me.

I’ve been training for 2 weeks, but I’ll star logging my trainings since this last Monday.

I have to mention that i hurt my back 2 months ago, so I’m taking it slow on squats .
