The Road to a 600kg Raw Total

I am putting it down to being on zero carb for so long, then having quite a high amount over 36 hrs or so…

Greg - I am 5ft 11, to date best maxes are:

Squat - 200kg
Bench - 125kg
Dead - 230kg

All at approx 215-220ish.

Squat and Deads deload

Cardio also this morning - off to central london now. back on next week.

Lol. I like how you use kg for your maxes and lbs for your body weight.

we’re pretty similar size… but you’re alot stronger than I am… damn it!!! haha

Ha, its just easier in my head for updates to shelby! I still think in kg’s, I will be competing around 93kg in about 8 weeks!

Greg I am jelly of your bench, fml monkey arms. Plus you’re in better shape than me…for now

Just checking to see if you are still sucking as bad as you usually are, and the answer is… YES!

When did you start working with Shelby?

Still a bitch I see

Been with him for about 3.5 months now - got some good results last time, so bit the bullet.

Finished the deload today w/ usual cardio.

Weigh in not til sun, expecting a decent loss - been pretty restricted on food whilst away. Next weeks training through, going to be pretty tough from here on in…t minus 7 weeks!

basic cardeio this morning

feeling pretty flat at the minute, tough week studying, travelling etc BW down to 203.

Are you still in London or have you headed back ‘up North’ somewhere?

Comments
Worst session in a long time, getting a tightness in my right pec - need to get a deep massage or something, tightens up real bad and is hampering my bench. Also pressed at my ‘cardio’ gym, worst bench ever, sounds like I am making excuses now lol

Everything just felt off, must be the deload, well thats what I am blaming anyway.

You might want to let Josh know about the tightness in your pec. He can adjust things to help speed up the healing process.

I am getting some deep tissue work on Friday, so will see how it is after that - nothing major just tightens after a few sets.

Will note it on my feedback anyway.

Do the DB flyes bother it at all? I have had to drop those things each time because they end up aggravating either my shoulder, pec or both.
