Yeah, Evan’s pretty much the top-tier natty bodybuilder in training logs strength wise… unless ParagonA began posting in training logs… then we’d all be doomed!

Great end to the training week! Hit all reps pretty easily compared to last weeks garbage…onwards and upwards!
Shelby reckons I need to hit 195 or so before we go to lean gains WTF I haven’t been that light for years haha
Strong pressing. That under 200 mental barrier is a common one but I’m sure the man is on the money with the estimations! Keep up the strong lifting man
Nice work with the benching, and your deadlift PR. Oh, and you’re cutting to 195?! You’ll look like a back.
lol i don’t play any more, so that doesn’t matter too much - more concerned about strength!!
It’s just an estimate on how I am looking at the minute, we’ll see…I will certainly enjoy going back up, that’s for sure.
*Thanks Jake - the mental barrier isn’t the issue, I am a powerlifter just wanting to lean out some - not a BBer…so I am just a little concerned over losing strength with such a cut! haha

Decent session, after a lacklustre warm-up - felt flat as anything! Managed the top set much easier than last week - but still tough!! Chest was feeling a little tight after the dead bench’s…
On a 3 day session this week due to the 3 peaks, deads and squats tomorrow…
45 mins cardio this morning at the new place - should tide me over during the winter months! still lifting at my own place though.
squats and deads tonight.
Nice log man. Your lifts are gettin up there. I’m curious, where do you live? I’m new to the UK and near oxford, looking for a non commercial gym around here.

Tough session today, doing the squats and deads together was much harder than I thought - only just got the last rep on the top set dead, struggled to lock out.
Absolutely drained now, day off tomorrow and day 3 on Thursday.
Just checked - you’re about 40 miles or so from me, I train with my own set-up - you’re welcome to come up if it isn’t too far for you to drive.

Sounds awesome man. I’m actually in Adderbury, just a few minutes from Banbury… which I believe is even closer.
I will definitely come check it out sometime man! We should do it when we are both deadlifting or something.
damn man you’re strong! those DL’s and Squats were nice. What’re you weighing now? 195 is what you’re shooting for?

Yeah thats pretty close to be honest. That’s no problem - just PM in advance and we can sort it out, the bar I have is pretty decent, not quite as good as a TPB but the knurling is pretty sharp

Thanks Greg! It’s been a great year of training so far!
Currently 205-7 or so in the am, I will probably carry on cutting to that sort of level yeah, then bulk back up!
Thanks for checking in

Decent session - just have other things demanding my time now - this week 3 peaks, next week uni, should have everything covered though…I think.
bench deload
nothing much to report, just trying to burn off this water weight from excess carb intake over the weekend lol
am cardio
weight was at 213 yesterday, but back down to 206 this morning haha serious water retention!!
