The Rhode to Redemption

Had my account for a while and posted a little bit but mostly lurked, but I think its time to start keeping a log on here to go along with my written one. I’m starting the program that Matt Rhodes posted on EliteFTS, that he uses with his athletes. Later tonight I’ll put the days workout up as well as a short little bio.

I play lacrosse if that wasn’t obvious enough. I was recruited out of high school to play at a mid-high level d3 school. Got a solid amount of playing time during the fallball and preseason scrimmages but then got cut less than a week before our first regular season game. After getting into some trouble during the year (a couple alcohol violations) and realizing that a small, private liberal arts school wasn’t for me I withdrew and am now at community currently. I hope to transfer to a bigger, also d1, school in the spring. Since I’ll be coming in half way through the year I plan on playing club this spring and then trying to walk on to the varsity team next fall.
