The Remarkable Superfood!

Why is Biotest Superfood not a must for all bodybuilders? I cannot be without it. It just seems to be underated on supp threads. Not a sexy supp., but if you get on it you will never be without it. A hell of a supplement!!

Cool!

I was toying with the idea of getting this…Have you ever tried Greens+, and what’s the difference?

Thanks!

This post is the thing I hate most about this site - bah!

Yeah no kidding, it sure is annoying when people who buy a lot of Biotest’s products (level 4) express that they actually LIKE the products.

I mean, its not like Biotest makes good products. These boards were meant for people who don’t purchase any Biotest products to complain about how worthless the products are.

/sarcasm

Greens+ has a lot of grass. Not the smoking kind. A lot of people have grass allergies.

Superfood is more complete, in that you’re getting nutrients from a variety of sources, and those sources are certainly a higher quality.

I only use mine in my end-of-day shake. Turns out, whole milk + 1 scoop Vanilla Metabolic Drive + 1 Scoop Whey + 1 scoop Superfood = best sleep ever.

I would buy this product before protein powder, and rate it just as necessary as Flameout (and that fish oil that’s lemon flavored, liquified in a bottle) and Resveratrol.

Thanks Vash!
alot of grass, HAHA!

Vegegreens by Progressive is wicked too. That’s the one I take

If I ever become rich, my diet will consist of nothing but Superfood, Metabolic Drive Complete, and Flameout.

Food is so '90s.

If anyone mentioned this yet, sorry, but Superfood mixes well with orange juice. With water it is too lumpy.

FYI, that product contains allergy-inducing grasses and at least one ingredient shown to lower Testosterone levels. Yikes.

Good to hear, I just ordered some Superfood.

What about products that boast a higher ORAC value than the Superfood product offered here? Does that make it necessarily a superior product? I know that just because a protein powder that boasts more protein doesn’t necessarily mean that it is a better product, but because of a definitively higher OARAC value, does that make it a better supplement? Thanks

No

The ORAC is a tad bit overrated, and something I wouldn’t get to hooked on.

Fish Oil for example, is pretty much touted now as probably the best supplement in the world, or close to it.

It has an ORAC value in the…double digits, LOL.

SUPERFOOD is more than ORAC - It contains tons of tiny micronutrients/polyphenols that the ORAC doesn’t measure.

I ordered my first couple of tubs of Superfood about a month ago and man, I wish I had started ordering it sooner.

I like to mix it with my Chocolate Surge. It gives it a nice bittersweet taste. Sort of like chocolate tea and helps reduce the sweetness of Chocolate Surge (I’m not a big fan of sweets). I’ve noticed it helps with the foaming as well. Without Superfood, I’d usually have to wait a good 10 minutes before the foam subsided but when I add Superfood to it, the foam is gone within a minute.

Me too + Surge.

Food is overrated

Surge Workout Fuel is a must also!

Yikes is right. Are you referring to the Soy? I’m aware of that, but due to cost issues and geographical issues (canadian) I’m stuck with vegegreens
