I figured i’d ask, since I read most of that link you posted and just though how thoroughly negative it sounded, so I wondered if it was indicative of other sites that you frequented.
Personally, if this PUA or anything of it’s ilk help you out in life and makes you a better human being, then i’m all for it. Just don’t be a lying piece of shit, like so many people are these days.
Also, I liked learning things the hard way. I have a whole lot of good memories and probably more “Oh god… I can’t believe I said, did…” whatever, stories that I can pass on to my kids when the time comes. I won’t need stories of Princes or Goblins to put them asleep. I’ll just tell them my life experiences

Until then it’s been my observation that the handful of PUAs that actually get laid on a regular basis are actually good looking and interesting to begin with. I.E mystery, fairly good looking dude, tall and probably has plenty of shit he can yak on about for a good deal of time. If some dude needed PUA courses just to get the confidence to talk to women, welp whatever, but he probably could’ve just saved money and time by jumping in the deep end of the pool himself.

Not to mention, you’re hardly an objective observer. You got your heart stomped on by some skank and that has influenced your world view dramatically, how can you claim to not be biased?

Though there are some questionable things in regards to ethics and morality of PUA, I think Adam Lyons is a good example of how you can be a genuine person and still work at becoming better with women… For me it wasn’t about putting on a masquerade and pull out a bunch of pre fabricated routines and tricks… If you find the right sources it really does amazing things to help with better conversational skills, learning to escalate better, and other general sometimes obvious info that can be a worlds of wonder if you are previously mis informed… Like learning the things to NOT do… lol I have always rather liked the natural approach where you can just work on yourself and present the best possible version of yourself for others… My time spent in the “game” didn’t make me just better with woman but over all much more socially calibrated and just basically putting my best foot forward when meeting a potential girl to be with… The people that use it to put on a fake persona and to lay as much girls as possible, well it may work for a few cheap lays but you can only pull of faking it for so long… In the long term people can see through that shit pretty quick. I have seen a lot of good people that just wanted to learn how to better attract the girls they want, and the flipside of scum of society that are just trying to make themselves some sort of harem and cheating constantly or just not taking into consideration that you are supposed to leave the girl feeling better then before you met her.
You can use from it what you may, but it can really do wonders for those that just need that extra help and being able to present themselves in the best way possible.

I should also mention that the most important aspect of any system used that yields results all have one single thing in common… Being practice… They say to go out and socialize and fail as often as possible because thats the only way to learn. without that you are just an information expert keyboard jockey without any actual real experience.
