After reading some of the comments, and re-watching the video, it’s about China, and the early onset dementia candidate is saying something about mobilizing true international pressure; or trying to anyway.
No one’s saying it’s fake, so yep we are watching the equivalent of Ronald Reagan at the end of his 2nd term.

A serious and imo valid point someone made is that when most people make a gaffe like that, they stop and correct themselves; Biden’s problem due to his mental decline is he doesn’t seem to realize when he has made a gaffe; in his mind, he’s said nothing wrong, or the gaffe never triggered in his brain.

I do think the potential for Biden’s decline is a valid concern. Just to me it seems like we’re worried about someone who is headed there vs someone who is there. Both debates and especially the town hall he was far sharper than Trump.
Trump has speeches where he doesn’t make any sense for massive amounts of time. He starts with a topic and it veers around. The biggest difference is Trump’s insanity might not be mental decline. It’s baked in to his personality. Can’t get through interviews without crying and each day is him inventing new stuff. We all know Trump lies all the time but he’s also incredibly stupid and lazy.

Of all the attacks on Biden I think mental status is the weakest at least in terms of comparison to his opponent. I think Biden has issues but runs circles around Trump in consistency of making sense and acting normal.
Like I said to me it’s the difference between might lose it and already lost it.
FWIW I absolutely think Biden may have mental issues while in office. Like I said though give me the guy who needs to get there over the one who’s there.
I don’t think that’s a sign of cognitive decline as much as it’s a sign of an inability to think on his feet in a cohesive and coherent manner. He just can’t improvise when speaking publicly. Part of it is due to him just not knowing a lot in general and having a limited vocabulary. This is why half the stuff that comes out of his mouth are things and talking points he just heard on Fox or from Alex Jones.
Definitely lacks the ability to think on his feet IMO except for a sort of mean cunning (or marketing). Certainly not the vocabulary of the man below. All I know is that 2020 can get well and truly bent.
RIP. This year is going to leave us with nothing good. I’ll be happy when the election is over.
