Well this seams to be coming to a close, so I’ll try to wrap things up.
I would like to thank you that have helped, Monopoly in particular.
I figure I’ll do the mega gorge diet that worked in the beginning again but it failed to work a second and third time. Just have to try to find a way to eat more I guess. It’s just hard to get optimistic about eating until you start to vomit then eat a little more with failure in your past.
The beans and corn thing is on the level btw.
I only got one or two zits on my face, most were on my legs, with some on my back and arms.
Girls? I fell in love with an angle, long story but I haven’t found anyone to hold a candle to her yet. True love at first sight exists. There I said it.
One more thing: You were doing that much manual labor and still doing 45 min of cardio a day? And still training 3 times a week? less than adequate diet (to be optimistic). Don’t think I’m bagging on you, cause I save that for Mykayl, but you need to realize with that much cardio and your bunny rabbit metabolism you can’t pack on mass without massive amounts of food high-calorie food.
Think about all this and I think you can now make some really well-informed decisions and a great plan for yourself that will work quite well.

Any other constructive comments are welcome.
I’m 26 btw.

I would say your acne was from the ZMA. Most of my friends that have taken it have had that complaint about it.
I’m really just chiming in to second one thing that was said before. You are getting some good advice in this thread, please use it to achieve your goals. You need to improve your diet and train more.
I personally made the mistake of not getting enough cals to facilitate growth for a long time. It wasn’t until a higher level competitive BB at my gym told me to bring him a food log did I realize just how much I was not getting.
When you add anabolics to the equation, you need even more food. If you’re short for being natural you are definitely short for being enhanced.
I never knew that olive oil (or any other oils) could be a source of calories.
We don’t even measure food energy in calories in Australia; everything is metric so it is measured in kilojoules (kj) which are smaller units than calories.
Fuck, these calories and pounds are pissing me off because I don’t have much internal reference to imperial measurements; I mainly think in metric. Except for height, I can understand feet and inches.
How many KILOJOULES are required daily for bulking purposes anyway?

Yo, blaze, i used to know all this shit, as far as kilojoules and the like. I may be way off, but if I remember correctly, 1000 calories equals 1 kilojoule.
As far as oils, they are simply fatty acids. Olive, canola, flax, fish, are probably the best source. I’m buzzed right now, so I may leave some info out! These fatty acids are definitely good for skin, joints, cholesterol, heart and other organ functions, and they help the body release stored BF for energy.
This is a problem for world-wide forums, the conversions. I’m 33, and I’m digging back to 10th grade chemistry (15 years old!)for the kilojoules. Hope this helps the both of us, because I know I knew what they were, but not using these #'s definitely caused me to wonder what the f happened to what I learned!

Sorry, I missed that. Maybe nix the midnight shake, otherwise I’d keep it the same.
Monopoly
I would def. keep the shake. To the OP - your ‘excuse’ of only being able to workout at a certain time because of all the other gym users being female is BOOLSHEET IMO. As you say, they stick to the cardio machines so the weights are available. You can’t be a particularly focussed trainer if you let yourself be worried about what they think. Jesus man, you are 26 yrs old, (and already in love apparently). Get yourself a countdown alarm to time your rest periods. Be serious…
Bushi and DC you should listen to, they are callin’ ya out in a productive way. Re-eval ur nutrition, calories, and change your training every 4-6 weeks. I am 33, been in this game for A LONG TIME, and I still keep a paper trail as far as my workouts and I know what I need to feel optimal.
Now, the reason I questioned chips and chili beans, Nutrients aren’t just nutrients! 600 calories from your meal is not the same as 600 cals. from flank steak and veggies. Nutrition and calories are not the same. And you said thanks to most mainly monopoly. I like what he recommended, but every post on here that I read had some value.
The thing with lifting and life in general, you must listen to it all, find out what’s applicable to you, and discard the shit ya dont need… Take it for what it’s worth!

1 kilogram=2.2lbs. I live in China so it’s metric only and I hate conversions too. I am like… “hmm these are 7.5kg dumbbells… what’s 7.5 times 2.2 ? ah fuck it.”

JonnyBlaze, I live in the UK, and we too have everything sensibly mapped and measured in a metric stylee, lol. If your food labels are not including Cals, only Kj, then for your info, 1 cal = 4.186 Kj. Just go to www.onlineconversion.com to ease your imperial pain…
I am American but I completely agree with Bushy. BUT let me ask you a question. WHY when I was in London were all the road signs in MILES??? It kept saying like “Distance until Heathrow airport: 45” I’m like OK that’s gotta be 45 km and I’d be riding and riding and riding and now it’s 40? Wait a second!
Then the cab driver says “oh yeah mate that’s miles not kilometers.” So why you gotta do that confusing mix and match shit, pick one and roll with it!
LOL H!!! remember Camp Foster? We had some Jap chicks come on base and pick us up at the barracks, and on the way out they ran every fuckin’ stop sign on base!!! We were like, WTF! But off base, the japanes don’t have stop signs, they don’t exist. That was my wake up call here in the states when we stereotype Oriental (oh, Asian, sorry!) drivers! Ahhhh, memories!

She must have been an acute angle.
Damn Lizard! I saw that too, but figured he doesn’t have spell check! But that is a good fuckin’ line!!! LMFAO!
HA! I almost cracked that joke but I left it alone, I didn’t wanna sound obtuse
Shamus: OH YEA DO I KNOW about that. It’s even worse here in China, I saw two busses mash each other the other day. My cousin still lives in Cali and he mashed some Chinese broad in traffic when she hit the breaks suddenly and without warning.
She said to forget about it so they didn’t call the cops, now her white boyfriend is “helping” her sue my cousin for “whiplash” and “trauma.” GOD America pisses me off sometimes and I don’t even live there.
