  1. Deadlift - worked up to 500lbs
  2. GHR - 2x12
  3. Band Leg Curls - 2x18
  4. Ab Pulldowns - 2x20

Week 2: Day 1:

Today’s training: worked up to 540lbs, which will definitely be my Opener. 12 Days Out!

  1. Squat- work up to opener (~92%) - 540lbs
  2. Leg Curls - 4xfailure
  3. Reverse Hyper - 4xfailure
  4. Sledgehammer + Ab Wheel - 4x8-10

Week 2: Day 2:

  1. Bench Press, Competition Pause - worked up to Opener (~90%) 370lbs
  2. CSR - 4 sets
  3. Facepulls - 3 sets
  4. Band Pushdowns - 4xfailure
  5. Preacher Curls - 3 sets

Week 2: Day 3

  1. Reverse Hyper - 4 sets
  2. Pull Through’s - 4 sets
  3. Band Leg Curls - 4 sets
  4. GHR Sit Ups - 3 Sets

Week 1: Day 1:

  1. Squat - ~50% 3x2 325lbs
  2. Bench - ~50% 3x2 225lbs
  3. Deadlift - ~50% 3x2 315lbs

I worked up to roughly 50% of my planned 3rd attempts. My training cycle is over, and now all I can do is wait for Saturday. 5 Days out. I’ll report my meet results on Sunday.
