Today was my last deload day. I will go into the next phase of my meet prep, the Realization Block. Training Frequency will be reduced to 3 days a week now, and the peaking will begin. I am excited. My bodyweight is about 212lbs as of yesterday, and I’ll where it’s at come Sunday morning.
Body is holding up at 210lbs pre-breakfast, I’m 4 weeks out from my meet. I’ll probably (hopefully) be a solid/non-fatty 215lbs by then if this body recomposition plan is on schedule. The long termish goal is to be 8-10% at 205lbs.

I’m about 6lbs away from the 93kg class, but that’s at IPF Single Ply meets, or National Level Single Ply Meets in the USAPL, so that doesn’t pertain to me, it’s still 198lbs here in the US, and I figure 205lbs at that low bodyfat will be where i can be at my strongest for the time being.

Now I’m confused. So the plan is just to sit at 205 and compete in the 220 class, since you feel you’ll be stronger at a lean 205 than a less lean 220?
