I’ve heard that the road from 500 to 600 is a hard one. True?
I didn’t think it was too hard, but the programming that got me there was quite the bit of suffering haha.

My 505 is somewhere in there…

Realization 3, Day 3

Worked up to 510lbs

 1. Deadlift + Chains

 2. Ab Fallouts - 5x10

What kinda of programming did you use?

I used the Ed Coan/Phillipi program on both Deadlift and Front Squats at the same time.

I hit a beltless 600 and 405 on the Deadlift and Front Squat respectively, but I don’t recommend doing it at all.

I love me some volume so to me it sounds like fun.

Course i am 100% weaker than you are so the weights i move wouldnt be anywhere near the same. At least not front squat i dunno how far into the 500’s you were on DL when you started that

Not gone forever. Just too busy being awesome elsewhere to post much.
Trying to get super duper lean does take a lot of time and work to do.

Miss you<3 xoxo
Dont think its possible for me to burn out. Injury on the other hand very possible. Especailly my lower body/back. lol

Stronghold here thinks I have a freaky CNS to handle the volume he’s dished out at me, and what I’ve done in the past to get strong.

Absolutely, I hope when we’re both done with our goals in August we can enjoy some downtime in our (crosses fingers) victories

The program is based on accumulated fatigue for just one lift, doubling that is very stupid. I had to manipulate my overall training volume in order to survive.

Oh well, but do as you please.

Transformation Day, Meet Week - 5 Days Ouy

 1. Squat - 3x2 285lbs
 2. Bench - 3x2 225lbs
 3. Deadlift - 3x2 340lbs

fuuarrr getting excited for the meet and I’m not even the one doing it! lol

Ha, thanks for the support man!

Yeah, I’m feeling better good about this meet. Saturday is going to be an epic day for me regardless.

I’ll be doing:

Powerlifting Meet
Post Meet Beers with my Handler
Guitar lesson with Tosin Abasi
Thrice and Animals As Leaders show with a date
Celebrate my Handler’s Birthday as he’s turning 25 Saturday

Life’s pretty good for me. I honestly can’t complain.

Sounds amazing.

Looking forward to seeing some footage of you killing it at the meet.

Good luck Saturday man! Cant wait to see the results.
