Haha, I guess you’re a fellow Djentlman then?
I think I actually have a terrible taste in music because Katy Perry is my guilty pleasure. I don’t even have the slightest clue why, but here’s something else I’ve been digging.
Since your log seems to be googles powerlifting search app. I am gonna try deadlifting sumo and wondered if you knew of some good videos/articles/advice on how to learn it. #Anytips bro??

bahahahahaha I’m actually betting he gets PM’d that exact question. Multiple times.
Det, if you like the Katy Perry Djent stuff, have you heard Drewsif Stalin’s “ET?” There’s another guy, asdrummer or some such nonsense, who covers some of her other songs. I can admit that i like the covers and hide behind my anonymous screenname.

With regards to sumo technique, you first have to commit to pulling sumo. It’s an uber technical lift, that has 3 “mini-pull” in my opinion. Breaking off the floor, mid-range, and then lockout. If your pull isn’t perfect, you can easily leave 50lbs minimum off your true max. I spend about 3-6 months just trying to be “proficient” at pulling sumo. Start video taping yourself every time you’ll and analyze what you’re doing wrong. I’ll annoy stronghold to look at your videos, as will I.

of course
But yeah, I do get PM’d alot. Sometimes with someone writing out a full essay of their life story and why they think block is a good idea to them. The interwebz is a weird place.

Just stopping in for teh lulz and teh BULB.
Solid jams, amigo[/quote]
It’s funny most Djent is in major keys, and this cover really shows it.
A few pages back you elaborated on why you feel front squats and illegal wides are great for building the squat and bench, respectively. Is there an exercise you feel that is great for building the deadlift? If so, why? Obvi one should perform the big 3 and always strive to improve technique, I’m just interested in your thoughts.
