9g of fiber, 10 “net” carbs, and 18 grams of protein per bagel. 18 grams seems pretty ridiculous to me for a bagel. Anyone ever tried one of these?

haven’t tried them yet but 3rd ingredient listed is Soy flour… so i doubt i’ll try them.
