I woke up the other day to what should have been a normal day, nothing out of the ordinary. I stumble down the hall to the bathroom, un-button my flannel jamies and look down. I literally gasped out loud at the sight of my own dick. It was GIGANTIC! It wasn’t really any bigger than normal, but I was experiencing a sensation similar to being ripped and surveying the awesomeness of your own hands. The rest of the day was AMAZING.
Had a good day in the gym first thing in the morning. Took it light, and realized that while I was ‘taking it light’ those were my old PR’s not too long ago.
Took my GSX-R out for a nice cruise with my buddy who’s got a CBR. I know it was already mentioned, but something about cruising around on a sunny day is just so satisfying. The colors, the sounds, the feelings. Gotta do it to understand.
Spent time with the family. Played catch with the brother.
Moving back to school soon.

Anyways back on topic, I’ve survived my weekly 9-hour punishment(i.e. work) and my friend has his place to himself tonight, so a few beers there before hitting the local club, shouting made-up drink names at our friend who works there and generally cutting loose.
Just took a nice poo.
Looking forward to watching the 4x100 metre relay final.

Two ladies and their cute daughter where trying to push their broken down Volkswagen onto a trailer that pulls a car by it’s front tires. I drove by to see them fail the first time, I turned around and gave them a hand with success.

On the way home after having sex in my car with my girl (not kidding, sorry no pics) we passed a couple with their dog waving us down for a ride into town due to their car broke down. The walk for them would have been 2.5 hrs plus so we drove them into town. The lady said she was a part owner of a candy store and would give us a big box of fudge!!
I think I have good Karma coming my way

i went to the improv comedy club last night and it was really awesome i hadnt been out in a while so it was a good change of speed for me. Also while there some of my friends who i havent seen in a while were there and couldnt stop commenting how much skinnier and stronger i looked than when they last me, both guys and girls. I still am not satisfied but deep down somewhere inside it made me feel really good that they said that. And its looking like i may go see inglorious basterds tonight due to all the rave.
Did my laundry and wacked off… TWICE.
Sometimes its all about self-care, people.
Just bought 20 lbs of meat, and 2 bottles of good wine.
I just ate some tacos, and now I’m finishing up a peanut butter sandwich and a bunch of milk. In a couple of hours I’m going to hit the bag and lift weights. Later tonight, I will most likely watch porn and masturbate, then watch episodes of Dexter online till I get sleepy. Ooooh yeah. Life is good.

I just got a really high quality power rack, 2 barbells, some plates, an incline/decline bench, and a treadmill for free.

The new season of dexter started! Man, today is a good day.
Yesterday I read an article on here about how a t-man dealt with having a brain tumour the size of two golf balls and how working on the deeper connections in life and merely being able to breath meant things are ok.
It put into perspective a lot of crap and, even though I’m averaging 14hour shifts 7 days a week, look dead and my training is being neglected, I’m alright.
Today is a good day.
