The Next President of the United States: III
Sure it is.

You and I can buy into Trump being labeled a buffoon and you can, by extension, buy into Trump’s supporters being buffoonish dunces.

Therefore, since I think we all can pretty much agree Hillary is a cunt, even more a cunt than Trump a dunce for that matter
No, not really. I know and have explained exactly what a buffoon is, exactly how Donald Trump is one, and exactly why a buffoon is unfit for the presidency. I don’t know what a “cunt” is, how Hillary Clinton is one, or why a “cunt” is unfit for the presidency – and I don’t think you do either. I think you just chose and said a random a word – a word that pretty much means “asshole” (and note that assholes have often made very competent and effective presidents).
and so by extension, Hillary’s supporters are cuntish dunces.
Uh, no. You just magicked the word “dunce” in there, but in fact I spent a good deal of time making the unassailable and objective argument that Donald Trump is a dunce, i.e. uniquely stupid, i.e. an unmatchedly ignorant cretin with both a comic inability to consistently convey meaningful information in correct/adult English sentences and a spectacular incomprehension of the very most basic things about the contemporary world, including American government and military strategy – an argument in response to which you have found yourself unable to summon anything more than deafening silence. You have made, can make, and will make no comparable argument about Hillary Clinton, and thus no comparable argument about supporters of Hillary Clinton’s presidential bid.

Consider it assailed. If you continue to doubt this, you can make the case for Trump, and I’ll make the case for Clinton. One of us will do just fine; the other will fall face-first into the position that Donald Trump has got him so terribly used to, whether in objecting to and then going utterly quiet on charges of idiocy, fascism, xenophobia, or some other Trumpian peculiarity on account of which your vague and inexplicable impulse to half-defend the indefensible has led you nose-first into a series of unyielding brick walls.

Edited.

…And that’s why I keep saying that it’s not over. Should Rubio get out and endorse Cruz Trumps days at the top are numbered. And one more scenario is they gang up on him at the convention. As you say combined their delegate count will far exceed Trump’s.

Hillary staffer gets immunity, next comes testimony under oath, things are getting interesting.

Rubio is done, it’s over.

More Bad News for Marco Rubio: He Just Lost the Support of Fox News

If he wasn’t so desperate to save his political career he’d bow out now but will instead dither along b/c there’s really nothing to lose for Marco. He’s being left for dead and will be even more exposed as a fraud without the support that was propping him up.

He’s all ambition and no substance. He’s the d-bag at work who gets promoted by throwing others under the bus and taking credit for the work of others, but eventually gets laid off. I’m tired of elites telling us who is suitable to be president and a bag of feathers like Rubio makes the cut. It’s insulting.

Are you really trying to make a substance argument with the current 3 front-runners? Two junior senators and policy-lite Trump? If you wanted substance, there were multiple governors to pick from (and one still hanging around who has by far the most accomplishments compared to the current top 3). People clearly don’t care for that in this primary.

No, I wasn’t trying to argue anything so I don’t even know what you’re talking about. Just observing that Rubio is a bag of feathers and I’m tickled that the people who were propping this nobody up are leaving him for dead. The only reason he was ever in the conversation is b/c some some elites thought they had an Obama play in Rubio and they were dead wrong. He’s got a record of zilch and doesn’t have the talent to cover it up. I am angry that “a Republican with enough working digits to hold a pen” is considered acceptable these days.

I don’t feel any pity for the guy b/c he represents what’s wrong with this political system. An arrogant upstart who thought he was too important to do his job in the Senate. Rubio is projected to get slaughtered in FL b/c he SUCKED at his job and his own constituents know what a lazy fraud he is. The US Senate is more than a rung on the ladder for the Rubio’s of the world to exploit. Rubio’s attendance record and his own quotes are all you need to know about his regard for that institution and for public service.

Dude - is it not obvious that Rubio is the embodiment of a bag of feathers? He routinely embarrasses himself if you’ve been paying attention. He was finished after the NH debate and it took a month for everyone else to catch up. The pathetic way he tried to insult Trump made him toxic (he managed to stoop BELOW Trump!). He’s getting dissed by the very people who propped him up in the first place so don’t act like it’s my contempt for him that’s holding him back. He’s getting his just deserts.

Marco’s political career is OVER, not just this campaign. That’s all you need to know about Rubio. If Cruz loses, his career isn’t over. Even the elites are telling you they’re finished with him and he’ll float away in the wind without them. If you think my scorn for him is bad just wait until the conservative media starts to flay him especially since he won’t bow out until after he gets embarrassed in FL.

B/c Kasich was never propped up. The fact that Rubio made it as far as he did is remarkable. If Kasich got the same support as Bush and Rubio who knows what would’ve happened and who people would be getting behind.

Really now Push I enjoyed his speech Romney was spot on. There can be an argument made that one of the three remaining anti-Trump candidates should have made it. But, so far none of them have. Doing this before the debate tonight is a smart move. It sets the stage for one of the three to pick up the ball and continue to expose Trump for what he is.

I know what would have happened. I love Kasich don’t get me wrong. But, he projects as someone’s nervous old grand father. And yes I like Cruz a real conservative tremendous…but now the average person has to get beyond that face of his. I am talking about those who don’t understand conservatism from liberalism, basically, about 70% of the population. We sit here each day and live this stuff moment by moment assuming the rest of the country does too. When the average voter doesn’t even pay attention until around Halloween. And no matter how many times I say it really no one wants to hear it, or believe it. But…LOOKS MATTER in a Presidential race.

I’ve already said I’m not a fan of senators, but at this point it comes down to options. Cruz or Trump don’t have records that prove anything either, so I’m still missing your point.

You can same the exact same thing about Cruz.

I’m trying to understand your scorn, which currently doesn’t make sense. I’ve heard Rubio plans to run for governor of Florida if he loses, so I’m not sure about career ending. What has he done that would end his career? Cruz has played a lot more dirty tricks and is much more disliked among his senate peers. Why is his career not over if he loses? I’m not saying Cruz’s is, only that I’m not following your logic.

The establishment paid tons of money to fight AGAINST Rubio. He was not propped up from the beginning, everybody was going after him 3 months ago.

"…In 2014, Clinton returned about 30,000 emails to the State Department, but said she “chose not to keep” thousands of others her staff deemed not to be work-related. Her staff have acknowledged that other work emails were not handed over, without explaining why.

More than 2,000 of Clinton’s work emails contain classified information that could harm national security if exposed, according the State Department, including 22 classified as ‘top secret’, the highest level. The government forbids sending or storing classified emails through unsecured, non-government channels, and has prosecuted people for breaches…"

Two people who should’ve already been history in their respective nomination bids…Trump and Hillary.

Shit is getting real, an Egyptian born student attending flight school in Los Angeles was arrested for posting on Facebook a threat to kill Donald Trump. He was taken into custody by ICE and faces deportation.

Trump was probably going to deport him anyway…

I’m good with that, not thrilled with a 23 yr old Egyptian man who grew up in Saudi Arabia wanting to kill a presidential candidate and looking to fly planes.

Romney is a puppet that failed to get elected. It’s easy to jump on the band wagon and condemn Donald Trump because he doesn’t fit the establishment’s model.

He sure as hell looks stupid doing it, when 4 years ago he was damn near sucking his dong on stage trying to get an endorsement.

Mitt needs to sit down and STFU, the GOP leaders are trying their best to prevent Trump from being nominated. The people have spoken and the establishment doesn’t like it.

They will try and strong arm a brokered convention, in an attempt to prevent Trump from getting the nomination.

The people have spoken, when ballots no longer decide the fate of a country bullets should.

Neither party gives a single crap about the general public, If that was true they would be going above and beyond to scrap the delegate system and go with the popular vote. Unfortunately this doesn’t suit their agendas.

There is nothing wrong with pointing out the ridiculous positions of Trump. Especially when you want to defeat the democrats, and Trump is going to get dominated in the general. People who care about Republican positions (establishment) don’t want to see that happen.

Please note the response by everybody for Trump, no policy discussion, only throwing back insults. Is there any policy rebuttal to what Romney said?

As they should. He would lose the general and anyone who cares about beating Hillary should want someone else to be the nominee.

If the ballots don’t pick a winner, it goes to a brokered convention. Trump HAS NOT gotten a majority and has gotten about 36% of the popular vote.

LOL…hahaha stop it…LOL

I would pay good money to spectate at a war of verbosity between SMH and the CoopSter.

Just sayin’…
