I will read the whole thing when I get home from work, but the thing about these economics reports is they do not measure cultural impact.
Example:
A normal person says “yikes! I’d rather not live beside the people with cultural values that have such disdain for women.” (people on the left).
an economist says “GDP up, more capital labor!”
