And he’s a Presidential candidate who has dissed PoW’s, while he himself received deferments. Raj, you haven’t seen anything yet. They are going to eviscerate him on his record. This is his “taco bowl” to Veterans and women.

What I’m asking Raj, is if Trump ends up flopping on a path to citizenship, and banning muslims (which I don’t think he can actually do, regardless), what issues are left for you? I mean, do you support him because he doesn’t want to reform entitlements?
He cannot do this.
He can, as other POTUS has done, restrict immigration from specific countries for periods of time.

Just think how smart the Democratic Party would be if Hillary gets compromised as a result of the email scandal, they get Webb to run as the backup.
That marriage may be broken (he considered an independent bid), but now that Trump is the opposing nominee - a gift if you have anything resembling a normal opponent - the Dems could hit restart with Webb. Webb connects on all the populist impulses that Trump panders to (but himself is a faux-populist, unlike Webb), and imagine Webb versus Trump on foreign policy.
It would be brilliant. So of course the Dems wouldn’t do it. He’s simply not liberal enough in the current version of the party.
